Progressing through this Course

As you progress through the course, videos and text will guide you through the process of designing your GBL lesson.

You should have completed the first two videos that answer the what and why of game-based learning. The next section of the course will walk you through a step-by-step process for coming up with your lesson, understanding the learning outcomes and how they align with your game, and designing your lesson. The very next module will include the downloadable guide you can follow as you progress through the videos. The guide goes hand-and-hand with the videos and supportive text for the next section of the course.

Below is an outline of the core components of the course. Be sure to schedule a time to meet with Dustin as soon as possible, and after you complete the next three modules.

He is available most weekdays from and Sundays from 7 am (PST) to 9 pm (PST). Please schedule your time 24 hours in advance of our planned meeting time. If these times do not work for your schedule, please send me an email: [email protected] and we can find a time to meet.

I also ask that we meet within two weeks of your enrollment. This will help to keep you focused and accountable on completing your GBL lesson.
